1. Introduction & Company Identity
Welcome to Unitech Home Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the appliance repair and maintenance services we provide. We operate legally under the registered entity PROTECT TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C (Trade License No: 757322), located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Independent Service Disclaimer (Important)
Non-Affiliation Notice: Unitech Home Services is a 100% independent, third-party technical service provider. We are NOT an official service center, and we are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any official appliance manufacturers or brands.
We strictly provide out-of-warranty repair and maintenance services. If your appliance is currently under a manufacturer's warranty, we strongly advise you to contact the official brand directly, as our third-party services may void your official warranty.
3. Services & Diagnostics
We offer technical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for major household appliances.
- Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic/inspection fee applies when our technician visits your premises to identify the fault. This fee covers the technician's time and transportation.
- If you choose to proceed with the repair quotation provided by our technician, the diagnostic fee is usually waived or adjusted into the final repair cost.
- If you decline the repair after the diagnosis, the diagnostic fee remains payable.
4. Pricing and Payments
Transparency is our core value. We do not support hidden charges.
- All quotations will be provided to the customer before any repair work begins.
- The quoted price will include the cost of spare parts and labor charges.
- Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the repair or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods available in the UAE.
5. Warranty on Repairs & Parts
We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a limited warranty on the specific parts we replace and the labor we perform.
- Spare Parts: Warranty on parts varies depending on the component installed. Our technicians will clearly mention the warranty period on your invoice.
- Labor: We provide a standard warranty on our repair labor. If the exact same fault reoccurs within the specified warranty period, we will inspect and repair it free of labor charges.
- Exceptions: The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by another party, damaged due to electrical power surges, improper use, or natural disasters.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians are highly trained and take the utmost care, PROTECT TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the failure of an appliance, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, or loss of income.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
